What this preview does

The current preview confirms the workflow and displays a fixed, educational sample score and checklist. It does not read, extract, or analyze the lease you select, and its result is not based on your document.

What we retain

• The preview does not upload, store, or read the raw lease file or lease text you select.
• To run the preview workflow, ClauseBite retains only anonymous job metadata: a random session ID, file type, file size, Michigan scope confirmation, required consent timestamps, authorization confirmation, preview state, and an analysis-unavailable status. It does not retain a lease score or flags as document results.
• That anonymous job metadata is set to expire within 24 hours. You can also use the deletion control on the preview result to remove the current record sooner.

Your choices

Do not choose a document unless you have permission to do so. You can leave the page without starting a preview, or delete the current preview record after it is ready. For questions about this notice or a deletion request, email team@clausebite.madethis.app.

Scope and updates

ClauseBite currently supports Michigan residential leases only. If the preview changes to process document content, this notice will be updated before that capability is offered. Read the Terms for the service and legal-information limits.
